1. Controller and contact
Haus Almfriede – Operator: Suitner family.
Address: Plaik 85, 6105 Leutasch, Austria.
Telephone: +43 664 2228614.
Email: almfriede@aon.at.
2. Providing the website
Web hosting: World4You.
Our website consists of static HTML pages. It uses no Joomla installation, CMS database or user accounts. Our images, stylesheets, JavaScript files and included font file are provided by the same web server; no Google Fonts files are loaded automatically from Google.
To transmit a page, the web server must process connection data such as your IP address. Whether and to what extent these data are stored in server logs depends on the hosting configuration.
3. Contact by email or telephone
You can contact us using the contact details displayed on the website. When you do so, we receive the information you provide and the content of your enquiry in order to handle it. Our own website has no contact form or comment section.
4. External links and maps
The website links to external services. Maps in our own page content are locally stored images with onward links; they do not embed an automatically loading Google Maps module. Opening an external link takes you away from our website. The destination website’s privacy information should also be consulted for its processing of data. Our own website has no embedded Facebook plugins or audience measurement script. The external booking function described below must be considered separately.
5. External Seefeld/Micado booking function
On the apartment and rates pages, you can activate the external booking function using the button to load booking. Before activation, our own page code does not load booking provider resources. After activation, your browser connects to widgets.seefeld.com and tourism.seefeld.com to retrieve the booking interface, offer data and images. Your IP address is processed to establish the connection; what further information the providers store or analyse still requires confirmation.
The local test observed token validation, profile/offer requests and action reports to an endpoint called TrackAction.api. These observations do not establish the exact purpose of the action reports or their retention period. The German interface uses the existing German configuration; the English and Italian pages use the English interface. An Italian version of this booking widget is not available.
6. Cookies and browser storage
Our own page code sets no cookies and does not persistently store the decision to load booking. After the widget was loaded, a key matching mco-widget-booking-visited-<accommodation-ID> was observed in the website’s session storage. The local test showed no cookies or local storage entries for the website accessible through JavaScript. This does not establish that all participating services or later booking steps operate without cookies or other storage access.
The disable function reloads the page without the widget. It does not undo data already transmitted and, in the test, did not remove the observed session entry. It therefore does not constitute a verified complete deletion or consent withdrawal procedure.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to certain processing activities. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. You may complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Austrian Data Protection Authority: https://dsb.gv.at/eingabe-an-die-dsb/beschwerde.
